Membership Policies

Clear guidelines to help you get the most from your training

Banking Policy

  • Unused sessions roll forward 30 days
  • Maximum 8 banked sessions
  • Session accumulation stops when membership is canceled
  • Client has 30 days post-cancel to use banked sessions
  • Banked sessions expire if not used within timeframe

Cancellation Policy

12-hour minimum notice

  • Cancel 12+ hours: Session can be rescheduled
  • Cancel inside 12 hours: Session is forfeited
  • Repeated late cancellations may affect preferred time slots
  • Policy protects schedule integrity

Pause Policy

Memberships only

  • Once every 3 months
  • Up to 2 weeks duration
  • Requires 7 days notice
  • No session accumulation during pause
  • Banked sessions must be used within 30 days after resuming

Session Redemption

Flexible usage options

  • In-person training at Sportslab NYC
  • Virtual training (sick, traveling, weather issues)
  • Banked sessions (scheduled in advance)
  • All sessions must be redeemed within their rollover window

Sick Days & Travel

  • Sick (12+ hours notice): Reschedule or virtual recovery session
  • Sick (inside 12 hours): Session forfeited
  • Travel: Provide 7 days notice to bank sessions (up to 8-session cap)
  • Virtual sessions available anywhere
  • Billing does not pause for travel alone
